Ellen, as one of our Clinical Dental Assistants, works closely with the doctors during the clinical dental procedures, taking x- rays, visualizing on the intraoral camera, organizing and preparing the instruments, as well as monitoring the sterilization and disinfection procedures. She also manages the patients and helps in allaying any fears they might have, by explaining carefully the dental procedures and the steps needed to accomplish the treatment at hand.

She enjoys working in the office because of the professionalism and the efficiency of the staff and doctors, as well as of the warm atmosphere the staff brings to the office. According to her, “The doctors are brilliant and they truly care for their patients. Their generosity extends not only to helping the patients in having excellent oral health and care, but also through sharing with the staff their knowledge and experience in Dentistry, teaching and advising us on issues that are both dental and non-dental alike”.

Ellen has finished her Degree in Dental Surgery at the University of the Philippines, and is presently studying for the board exams.

Simple and down-to-earth, she values her family and friends. She looks up to her mother and grandmother as models for hard work. She loves music and playing sports like softball, swimming, and tennis. Ellen is fond of the beach where she often takes her pet poodle Chocolate. She is also into mini-projects around the house, and enjoys painting the rooms, sanding the floors, and other types of home improvements.
